The Cyprus Motorsport Federation (CMF) is the recognized Federation that deals with motorsport throughout the territory of Cyprus.
Based on the right deriving from the recognition of the Cyprus Automobile Federation by the Cyprus Sports Organization, as the competent organization, it proclaims and governs the National Cyprus Championships every year.
It was founded in 2000 by the 5 motorsport provincial Clubs that organized the races for several years in an effort to create a healthy Federation which with democratic institutions will lead motorsport.
Along the way, other motorsport Clubs or Associations joined the Federation with different forms of competition, contributing to a strong integrated Federation for motorsport in Cyprus.
